10 am Opening Prayers.
On Sunday May 3th, Khenpo Molam will return to White Lotus and pick up his teachings on the Jewel Ornament of Liberation by Gampopa.
11:00 Tea break followed by Meditation and closing prayers.
Although these teachings are offered free of charge, donations are greatly appreciated and help White Lotus continue programs such as this and others. There will be a bowl in the hallway for these offerings or you can make them on-line via PayPal. Thank you.

Om Ah Hung Vajra Recitation on Zoom with Lama Dawa
Lama Dawa Zangmo will be leading a Zoom series on the Om Ah Hung Vajra recitation and breathing practice starting 3/11 . Lama Dawa has told us this technique is very effective in pacifying negative emotion and helping to stabilize awareness, and invites all to join on Wednesday’s at 7pm EST on Zoom.
